I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Amman, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was remarkable, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Rashad, whose support and dedication significantly enhanced my experience. His exceptional efforts to ensure my comfort and satisfaction did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for his attentive service. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Amman for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. Thank you to Mr. Rashad, for making my visit so special.

-Starting with the professional staff that makes you feel welcome and safe all the time and answers every request, especially some people like Gud and Mohammed from the front desk, Omar ,bilal, and Mohammed Kilani from the lampard restaurant - Second, excellent location, close to everything - Great pool with spa and jacuzzi - The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect - Examples of good things should be given,for example we think that we lost our phone and panicked but we called a hotel they checked that it was in the room and calmed down the situation - and the hospitality of the coffee ! perfect 10+ , and will be back for sure !!!!

The rooms were very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Security seemed higher than elsewhere perhaps reflecting current regional tensions - saw the same thing at another resort so not that this hotel was over reacting. We chose the package with breakfast and evening happy hours with snacks - this latter item was great value and sometimes all we had at night !

The women’s spa facilities were excellent. I would come back for those alone. Also the massage by the lady from Bali was amazing. She needs a raise!

The staff and the ambassadors of Hyatt brand, unfortunately myself and my kids catch cold on arrival to Jordan, they staff they were very friendly and supportive with my kids , Night duty manager was calling to check on our comfort, housekeeping staff especially Essam and the night Duty Manager Hussam they were exceptional , security staff and front office , definitely I will visit again

The hotel was not as vibrant as I remember it from from previous stays (over 10 years ago), maybe it is wrong time of the year. Other than the terrace/bar outside there really is not much to do at night. Breakfast was good & staff highly courteous & friendly.

Breakfast had a lot of options for every taste! The room was very comfortable with a very nice view of the city. Great amenities with sauna, pool and jakuzi!

The breakfast was very good. Maybe add some more natural juices (grapefruit and carrot juices are not for everybody..) The staff at the reception- absolutely incredible, very helpful, and very friendly.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful when our luggage was left behind in Doha and had to be delivered on a different flight in the evening. We were extremely grateful to them for helping us to communicate with the airport. The hotel is stylish and in a great location for both Rainbow Street and Downtown. We liked the rooftop bar even though it was quite windy. Our room was of a good size and was comfortable.
